All Stratford products are grown for educational purposes with the help of students, interns and volunteers. Proceeds from sales of farm products are used to further educational programs. Produce not sold is donated to Delaware's People in Need (PIN) program through the generous help of volunteers.
Stratford Ecological Center has organic certification through Ohio Ecological Food & Farm Association (OEFFA).
We would love to encourage you to bring cloth bags for produce and meat. We give out once or twice used bags here, but cloth is such a good habit to get into! Likewise, if you remember, bring buckets for blackberry picking (old yogurt containers work great).

Coffee Mugs - Large ceramic mugs that hold 12 oz. of your favorite beverage. They are golden yellow with green flecks, and they read "Stratford Ecological Center" on one side and "Fostering an Appreciation of the Land" on the other side. Mugs are available for a $6.50 donation.

Candles - hand-dipped wax candles made by one of Stratford's volunteers. Suggested donation of $3 (all proceeds go directly to Stratford). Have old candle wax? Liz will take them off your hands to use for her candles.
Gift Certificates - Certificates redeemable for adult education classes, honey, syrup, eggs, meat or produce! Or, give a gift to your child's school, helping them pay for a field trip to Stratford. Certificates are available in any amount. Please call (740) 363-2548 or email us to order a certificate prior to picking one up so that we can custom make one for you.
